Product which arrives in damaged condition must be notified to us within two working days of receipt.
Faulty product will be repaired/replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Wear & Tear or Wearer induced damage is the responsibility of the buyer.
PLATED ITEMS
Customers should be aware that the plating on plated items will eventually wear off.
This is normal and will be related to how often the item is worn.
